As a patient and advocate, I know firsthand how important it is to have knowledgeable, passionate people supporting this growing industry. Whether it’s helping patients find the right product, managing inventory systems, or answering calls and chats, I’m ready to contribute in any way I can. I’ve got experience working in a call center, assisting patients and handling inquiries, and I’m no stranger to IT, inventory software, and hardware. I had to step away during a tough time in my life, but I’m eager to jump back in.
